M&S' brand is rooted in heritage. The way they work is anything but. They needed a careers site to reflect and showcase their innovative, modern and forward-thinking working culture that could attract the diverse candidates required to build the next generation of retail.
M&S wanted an ambitious rebuild. We partnered with them from the start to identify key objectives for the new site. Our priority: a seamless user experience. That meant revamping navigation and rebuilding site architecture to reduce time spent getting to roles. And creating a stand-out site that could host big campaigns and creative content to excite candidates about life at M&S.
Using our 33Mercury® platform, we built a brand-new site packed full of features. A radically improved search function. Show-stopping content linking to each role and communicating the unique M&S culture. Distinct design and copy variations for different teams and audiences. All positioning M&S as the place to be for ambitious people in retail.
