Project summary

The challenge

Accenture were committed to increase applications from non-traditional consulting backgrounds for their Early Careers programmes. They partnered with us to build a pipeline of diverse talent for the future and empower their target audience to see themselves as consultants and technologists at the firm.

The strategy

Research showed that our audience’s confidence in themselves was low. We built a fully integrated campaign to inspire candidates with their own potential, show them what they could achieve and how Accenture could help them achieve it.

The solution

A multi-touchpoint campaign that included influencer-led stories, competitions, a campus activation, interactive tools and Accenture LIVE, a unique ‘digital campus’ comprising over 20 events that students could curate to build their own campus experience. The impact of the campaign was amplified by a series of films, which showed how Accenture support their graduates and apprentices to reach their potential.
