M&S is a household name. But graduates and school leavers don’t have the same connection to them as an employer. They partnered with us to develop an early careers brand that could transform how they’re perceived and attract the most talented young people to start their career at M&S.
Research showed our target audience simply didn’t think of M&S as the most exciting place to start their career. Our campaign prioritised modernising the brand. We had to position M&S as the natural home for ambitious people from all backgrounds with exciting futures ahead of them.
We delivered a brand-transforming integrated campaign as exciting as the opportunities at M&S. Bold art direction. Fresh copy. Quality M&S feel. That included an innovative new careers site, an amplified social presence and optimised channel strategy to get the right story in front of the right candidates.
