Royal Mail deliver letters and parcels all year round. But when it came to Christmas, they needed a little help. 8,000 seasonal staff to be precise. This called for a campaign that would be fun, flexible, festive and memorable.
The messaging needed to flex both internally and externally. We adapted iconic Christmas songs into tongue-in-cheek headlines and used eye-catching brand illustrations. While also aligning the campaign with Royal Mail's employer brand 'We Deliver MORE'.
With print assets, organic social, paid media, a referral scheme and door drops, the campaign reached far and wide. Every execution had specific goals and all of them drove towards our bespoke microsite to increase conversions.
