The challenge

McDonald's new employer brand delivered the opportunity to serve up a new and improved careers site which would enhance the user experience with even more flavour.

The strategy

With our 33Mercury® platform, we could bring three ATS's onto a single searchable platform and deliver dynamic job description pages to help candidates find the right role for them.

The solution

The new website features bespoke, content-rich landing pages and job descriptions which showcase McDonald's amazing employees and culture. All jobs are now searchable in one place and no matter where a candidate comes from, they enjoy a bespoke and personalised user journey.
