Project summary

The challenge

No one needs to tell ASOS how important a great website is. The revolutionary online shopping platform partnered with us to build a careers site that matched the energy of their consumer brand; bold, inspiring and inclusive, and told candidates what they were all about.

The strategy

Research showed we needed to emphasise their collaborative culture, give users more control over their experience on the site and show how they stood out from competitors. To do this, we needed to create great, relevant content and make it easy for candidates to find it.

The solution

We rebuilt the site from scratch using our 33Mercury® platform, thus enabling candidates to search for every role in one place, by keyword or location. And with exciting, relevant content matched to the right roles, audiences can now get a personalised experience of the employer brand at every step.
