The challenge

With the launch of their consumer brand still hot, Pizza Express wanted an employer brand to match. It needed to show that hospitality was back in the game and Pizza Express was the right career choice for restaurant roles.

The strategy

We spoke to a wide range of employees to define their unique Restaurant Value Proposition. With inclusivity and authenticity at its core, the employer brand needed to tell audiences that at Pizza Express you can express yourself.

The solution

This campaign was simple and modern. A bright, ultra-stylised design and a bank of punchy, playful headlines moved the focus away from the pizza and towards the great experience the colleagues create.
