Video Hub
So, the short answer is yes, if you want a seamless experience for all of your ambassadors and the teams and the people that really need to stay connected to the programme.
A good Advocacy platform will do a number of things. It's going to act as like a nice hub for connecting people. It’s a place where you're going to have your community management. It's also going to be a place for resources. This is also a really important way to connect advocates and stakeholders and make sure that it's all really nice and seamless, and people can actually view and review the content if they need to.
But another aspect of this which is super crucial is reporting. So, return on investment is hard to showcase, particularly in advocacy programmes and adding in the time to actually get individuals to submit stats and share what's going on is just a wasted resource to then collate that. Having access to that data not only enables you to be able to prove the value of that programme quickly and efficiently. It enables you to detect trends easily. You might be able to see the content that's performing well. So, say for instance, if there's a post that has gone out, which is flying, you can spot it easily, engage with it yourself.
You can perhaps even engage with senior stakeholders and showcase the content that's really working. And effectively, just having that consistent platform for everyone builds a feedback loop, which keeps people engaged, and it keeps them committed.
Do we need a dedicated platform for our Employee Advocacy Programme?
