We're looking for a confident, energetic Office Manager to join our London team. With a return-to-office programme now in place, we need someone who's used to spinning plates to support our people in our new way of doing things and keep everything running just as it should.
You'll be the friendly face that brings the sunshine to our office, as you remember birthdays, keep the plants alive and celebrate each and every client win. You'll help with anything and everything office related, from arranging travel bookings to procuring IT equipment and making sure every newcomer has a great first day.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the office reception on any upcoming dates, organising events and external room bookings, including food orders and IT set up
- Work with third party suppliers to get the best deals and service
- Help and support people use our office software systems
- Make sure everyone's diaries are up-to-date with the latest company announcements
- Get involved in the hiring process for open positions by booking interviews and sending correspondence through our HR systems
- Organise our onboarding process, from vetting to equipment, making sure every new joiner has a buddy
What we're looking for
- Experience in a comparable work environment where you were able to show off your task-based skillset
- A talent for managing multiple requests and juggling plenty of things at once
- Someone who's a quick learner and makes other people feel at ease
- An understanding of 'work' software, appraisal and HR systems
