We're looking for a talented Account Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll work alongside Client Partners and Account Directors on an established portfolio of clients, managing large and complex campaigns, as well as ad-hoc projects. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality work, consistently delivering on time and on budget while developing innovative strategies to help clients attract top talent.

What you'll do

  • Manage comprehensive project lifecycles across multiple clients
  • Take ownership of complete accounts or significant work streams
  • Develop and execute strategic campaign concepts
  • Liaise daily with clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with our in-house film production company, studio, creative, brand & insight, media, and social teams
  • Create and implement project plans and proposals
  • Ensure consistent high-quality delivery

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-dimensional client projects
  • Strong understanding of creative development processes
  • Project management and planning capabilities
  • Exceptional ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing client needs
