We're an established employer brand agency headquartered in London, working globally across strategy, creative, digital and experience and we're now looking for a Creative Director to bring their knowledge, experience and ideas to inspire our teams and keep us ahead of the competition.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines big-picture thinking with hands-on creative excellence. You'll be responsible for setting the creative vision across the agency, pushing the boundaries of craft and originality, and ensuring our work is both strategically sharp and beautifully executed.
You'll work closely with Strategy, Client Partners and teams across our business to turn insight into ideas across brand, campaigns, content and experiences, while bringing a fresh perspective and boundless enthusiasm.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and evolving ThirtyThree's creativity
- Leading, mentoring and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team
- Shaping bold, distinctive employer brand ideas from concept to execution
- Playing a central role in new business, helping us win the vast range of work that we pitch for
- Building trusted relationships with senior clients and guiding them creatively
- Staying ahead of creative trends and encouraging your teams to bring fresh thinking to the agency
- Develop new creative products, approaches and ways of working
What we're looking for
- A Creative Director (or Associate Creative Director) with proven agency experience
- A standout portfolio showing amazing creative work
- Experience across branding, campaigns, digital and content (employer branding a big plus)
- A strategic thinker who understands how creativity drives commercial benefit
- A confident leader who brings out the best in everyone and inspires the teams around them
- Someone curious, optimistic and ambitious with a distinct view on where creativity should go next
- Someone who does things we couldn't do
